Like, wow, it just is gonna feel so homey for a furry con. Idk I'm already excited because it's gonna make me feel like I'm in one of those older furry con videos that I used to watch when I was 14 and couldn't even imagine going to one.

Feels weird having nostalgia for a place I've never been.

1) A Beatbox Tournament. Come to this small bracket tournament and bring your best beatboxing skills.

2) Artist Show and Tell! Come over to this event to share both physical and digital art with your furry peers! Share socials and boost each other's work!

Yes Super Storm Sandy, I left on the Sun morning to get back to Boston area.
Super 8 Cromwell is OK, comfy and good price tho starting to skimp on breakfast items. The idea has been before to stop in Cromwell on the Thu night then go the rest of the way to Furpoc--or Furrydelphia.

One time I went to Super 8 Stamford the night before Furrydelphia. Bad air conditioning!
Furpoc this yr is due to have more than a few events on Thu (Halloween) and I thought, stay at Stamford LaQuinta that night then reserve con hotel Fri and Sat, as roommate(s) prob not getting there till Fri anyway. But I missed out on getting Fri and Sat at Hilton so am doing reverse--I got Thu night at Hilton then will move to the LA Quinta!

Generally the answer is no. If you need something akin to the kind of backpack you would have worn to school back in the day, best to just buy a new one at retail if the old one can't be salvaged
